Sustainable Timber - Ethical and Sustainable
When we manufacture our garden obelisks and planters we use reputable and established timber suppliers to ensure we obtain quality timber, that has been sourced through sustainable and certified methods. One of our most often used timbers is Accoya and Medite Tricoya Extreme wood panels, these are FSC sourced and are fully traceable.
Examples of certified systems include:
- FSC®- Forest Stewardship Council
- PEFC - Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes
On occasions we do use timber from specialist timber suppliers
For air dried premium Oak, which we use for Large Oak Garden Obelisk finials, we use a specialist timber mill based in Suffolk who are suppliers of the finest English hardwoods.
